3 cups flour (AP [all purpose] or whole wheat if your dog can tolerate)
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional if necessary)
1/2 cup chicken broth (I use the Simple Truth Fat Free brand)
1 egg (beaten)
3/4 cup pumpkin puree (canned food aisle)
3/4 cup cooked sweet potato

Medium size lid/anything you can find to form treat shape

Rest in Peace, my pretty girl <3

DIRECTIONS
Step one: (clean sweet potato/pierce with knife in multiple spots to allow even cooking/microwave for 6 minutes)
>Gather the dry ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl (top 3 ingredients)
Tip: Mix together with whisk or sift if you have a sifter machine thingy [clearly I do not, HAH!]

Step two: (preheat oven to 350 degrees/lightly grease any size baking sheet)
>Beat one egg in a regular size bowl (heh) & add chicken broth to the same bowl
Tip: Heat chicken broth in microwave for 30 seconds

Step three:
>Open can of pumpkin puree and remove sweet potato from microwave.
>Measure and put 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree in small bowl//Cut sweet potato in half and measure 3/4 cup of sweet potato.
>Mix the two ingredients into a blended/mushy consistency.

Step four:
>Add wet ingredients into the medium mixing bowl.
>Continue to mix until you have a solid consistency.
This part is the most difficult; the mix is similar to a biscuit recipe so it will be dry & stubborn.
>Form the dough into a round ball
Look for cracks in the ball you formed and try to mend them [similar to a broken heart</3]

Step five:
>Begin to roll or press the dough into a flat formation [it doesn't have to be a perfect circle]
> Start cutting out your treats and place each one on your lightly greased baking sheet
Side Note: You can use multiple baking sheets to bake all treats at once or do them in separate batches

Step six:
>BAKE THESE LIL' TREATS FOR 30 MINUTES
[refrain from opening the oven as much as possible...I know it's hard]
>Allow them to completely cool before serving to your dedicated doggy//store in sealed container
